Shipping Information
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gowns: Custom-made or altered gowns cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Kaftans: Due to hygiene reasons, kaftans cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
