Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable due to their nature:

  • Gowns – Custom-made or altered gowns cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Kaftans – Due to hygiene reasons, kaftans cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
